Public Works Department
The Public Works Department enhances and maintains the community common property to the highest level for the benefit of the entire Ocean Reef community. This department is responsible for overseeing ORCA capital projects and the maintenance of landscapes, roads, bridges, street and landscape lighting, water signage, and canal cleaning to ensure the aesthetic appearance and character of the community.
