Ocean Reef Community Association and our affiliates (collectively “ORCA”) respect your privacy concerns. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we obtain about you when you visit http://orcareef.com/ and any other websites that link to the Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Sites”), how we use the information, with whom we share it and the choices available to individuals regarding our use of the information. This Privacy Notice also describes the measures we take to safeguard personal information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.


Information We Obtain Information You Provide To Us

The types of personal information you provide to us when you visit our Sites include:

• Contact information (such as name, email and postal address, and telephone number);

• Photos and video including any of the above;

• Details on when you access the property;

• Information on member and guest access;

• Social Security Numbers (or their equivalent issued by governmental entities outside the United States);

Information We Obtain By Automated Means

We recognize the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Our Sites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.
