The ORCA leadership team consists of dedicated staff responsible for the day-to-day operations that keep the community running smoothly. This team includes the ORCA President, who oversees all aspects of property management and serves as the primary liaison between the residents and the Board of Directors. Supporting the President are the directors of each functional area. Together, they work diligently to address residents’ needs, maintain the community’s standards, and implement the Board’s policies, all to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the community.
