Community Management

ORCA Community Management oversees several key functional areas: The Accounting/Finance Division handles financial processes including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and financial reporting. The Communications Division ensures effective dissemination of ORCA’s values, regulations, and news through various media channels. Human Resources manages recruitment, employee benefits, training, and employment transitions. The Information Technology Division is responsible for ORCA’s technological infrastructure and security systems. Lastly, the Membership Division evaluates potential property owners and facilitates their integration into the Ocean Reef community.
